foxx operates community-driven multiplayer services built for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas through the Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas (MTA:SA) modification framework.

foxx is an independent community project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the Multi Theft Auto team.

By registering an account or accessing our services, you confirm that:

• you have read and accepted these Terms of Service
• you are responsible for your account activity
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective once published on our website or services. Continued use of foxx after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

If you disagree with future changes, you must stop using our services and may request account deletion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• sell accounts
• transfer ownership without permission

Any actions performed through your account are considered your responsibility.

This includes situations involving:

• malicious behaviour
• ban evasion
• service abuse
• harmful conduct toward the community or infrastructure

Punishment may extend across all foxx services.

All virtual content within foxx services belongs to foxx.

This includes but is not limited to:

• in-game currency
• vehicles
• cosmetics
• perks
• tuning parts
• achievements
• progression
• ranks
• unlockables
• clan assets

These items have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly authorized by us.

We reserve the right to:

• modify prices
• rebalance progression
• wipe economies
• remove items
• reset player data
• adjust rewards

at any time for balancing, technical, security, or gameplay reasons.

No compensation is guaranteed for lost virtual content.

foxx may offer optional premium features, cosmetic content, supporter perks, or donation-based benefits.

Purchases and donations help support the development, maintenance, and operation of foxx services.

By purchasing premium content, you acknowledge that:

• premium purchases are voluntary
• payments are considered digital service transactions
• virtual items and perks hold no real-world monetary value
• premium benefits may change over time for balancing or technical reasons

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases and donations are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment abuse may result in:

• suspension of premium access
• account restrictions
• permanent termination from foxx services

foxx reserves the right to:

• adjust premium pricing
• discontinue premium features
• introduce new supporter benefits
• revoke premium access obtained through abuse or exploitation

Premium status does not exempt users from rules, moderation, or enforcement actions.

By uploading, submitting, or sharing content through foxx services, including maps, designs, clan assets, screenshots, or other media, you grant foxx permission to:

• use
• display
• modify
• distribute
• promote

that content within our services and official platforms.

You retain ownership of your original creations.

Clan names, logos, banners, and related community assets must comply with our rules and moderation policies.

We reserve the right to rename, remove, or moderate clan-related content considered:

• offensive
• misleading
• hateful
• impersonation
• inappropriate

Inactive clans may also be archived or reclaimed.
